Blackened Shrimp Over Polenta Blackened Shrimp Over Polenta

Blackening spice:
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
salt and pepper

Mix, crust onto your favorite size shrimp; cook in olive oil in a pan or bake!!! We served it with polenta, goes great with grits or creamed corn.
