Chimichurri recipe


SchnitelCreamy Polenta Recipe

4 cups Milk, Chicken broth or Water, heat to just barely a boil
Whole Basil and Rosemary
1 cup polenta
½ cup grated Parmesan
1 tablespoon butter (optional)
2 tablespoons mascarpone (optional)
1 tablespoon shaved truffles (optional)



Add the herb or herbs to the liquid, after it comes to a boil, remove them. In a very thin stream, add the polenta, whisking. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer stirring for about 10 minutes. If desired, add the butter, mascarpone, parmesan and truffles. Serve hot. print recipe
