Plum Cobbler

Plum and Apple Cobbler Recipe

6 plums, pitted, cut into 1 inch pieces
5 figs, cut in quarters
1 apple, peeled and cut in 1 inch pieces
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon flour
juice of 1 lemon

1 cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
1 stick cold butter, diced
½ cup quick cooking oats
½ cup walnuts, crushed




Combine the plums, figs, apple, ¼ cup granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, lemon juice and mix well. Place in a baking dish.

For the topping, mix 1 cup of flour, ΒΌ cup granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter and salt in a food processor. Pulse a few times. Mix in the oats and walnuts. Place topping over the fruit. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until topping is golden brown. print recipe
