Guacamole recipe


SashimiSashimi Recipe

3 ounces fresh sushi grade A fish or scallops (per person)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon fresh Ginger, peeled and sliced paper thin, then in thin strips
1/3 of a fresh plum, sliced very thin
1/4 Serrano chili, sliced paper thin into rings
1-2 teaspoons soy sauce





Directions for Shrimp:
Slice the fish or scallops into nice thin slices and fan them out on a plate and keep cold in the refrigerator. Warm the oils in a small sauté pan on medium heat, cook the ginger for 30 seconds. Shut off the heat. Add the plum, chili and soy shaking the pan. Remove the fish from the fridge and spoon the sauce and pieces of plum and chilies over the fish. Serve immediately. print recipe
