ChimichurriFish Tacos Recipe

4 (4oz) filets of your favorite flaky white fish
1 large egg yolk
1 scant cup ice water 200 ml
¾ flour







Whisk together egg yolk and water, then mix in flour.
Fry in hot oil at 350F for about 5 minutes. Drain the fish on paper towels.

Garnishes: 4 Warm corn tortillas, 1 cup Shredded cabbage, 4 tablespoons sour cream, avocado slices from 1 avocado, your favorite salsa, 4 lime wedges print recipe
