Chimichurri

Ingredients
½ cup finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons red wine or cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Badia kosher salt
½ teaspoon Badia red crushed chili flake
2 garlic cloves, chopped very very fine
½ cup Badia olive oil

 

Directions
Combine all ingredients together. Serve over favorite grilled steak, chicken or fish. Makes enough for approximately 8 steaks.
