Lemon Chicken Soup
Ingredients
8 cups chicken broth or stock
2 cups cooked orzo
2 eggs
Juice of 2-3 lemons
Salt
Directions:
Heat the broth in a pot.
Whisk the eggs and lemon juice in a bowl.
Ladle some of the hot broth into the bowl, little by little. Pour back into the pot whisking. When set, add the orzo and season with salt.
