When entering the restaurant you are greeted with fragrant exotic smells. The decor and music transports you to Ethiopia immediately. We sat at a booth that was very comfortable. We were served water and our drink order of fresh lemonade with mint was served. The drink was refreshing. Our appetizer was delicious and the dipping sauce spicy to my liking.

Upon arrival I noticed there was a ton of parking, and drummers were playing live music in the lot. Our server came right away, but do know that you will have to wait a bit longer than usual on your food as it is made fresh.

The restaurant was clean and comfortable, appearing to be recently remodeled or renovated. There were Ethiopian art and photos adorning the walls and music playing softly. The service was attentive throughout our meal and I was pleased with the portion size and the value overall. I was prepared to eat Ethiopian style with hands and using the injera, though I could understand if someone had not prepared prior to going to the restaurant and it was their first time
