My love for Sushi goes back to my early days in Medical School, and even though I have frequented many restaurants over the years, Kaizen has risen to the top. The seafood is always fresh, and the unique presentations are a wonder to the eye and a delight to my tastebuds.

This was a nice Sushi spot that you can frequent on a weekly basis. The prices are very wallet friendly, and the staff are very warm and welcoming. My family and I really enjoyed our dinner visit to Kaizen and look forward to going back.

I am not a huge fan of Sushi food, but I must say that Kaizen really impressed me with their freshness and presentation. You can tell that most of the customers are weekly regulars, and that the staff have really taken the time to get to know them. I particularly enjoyed their special Kaizen roll!
