A lively exciting restaurant offering great tasting food with even better service. It was easy to find as it’s located on the corner of a very busy main street in an area filled with restaurants and shops. From the string lights over the outside dining areas, to the music playing to the energy of the employees, it is a place you would definitely want to go to for a meal with your family or have some drinks with friends. Even though it was very busy, we gave our name and size of our party(3) and were seated outdoors as requested, within 20 minutes. Turns out that on Tuesdays, they serve 3 taco per order instead of 2(except for seafood tacos) which turned out to be just the right amount since they tasted so good. We had an order of churros for desert and it was hot and delicious.

The Tacos Al Pastor were overloaded portion with well seasoned crispy pork topped with onions with double soft tortilla below to catch any taco spillage. I also tried the Tacos de Birria with marinated braised beef, I had never poured broth onto a taco, it was life changing. The meat tasted like a Mexican grandma’s secret recipe and the birria broth over it made the taco a little messy but very juicy and flavorful. To accompany my meal I had a Hibiscus Agua Fresca which was sweet & sour and refreshing, the perfect alternative to a soda with your meal. As a side I ordered an Elote, the traditional Mexican street corn did not disappoint. This location made me feel very safe, it was well-ventilated lots of fans and open doors, plus everything was clean with a very friendly staff. La Santa Taqueria went from a food truck to a restaurant establishment and you can tell why, the flavors are authentic and the vibe is electric.

The food was absolutely delicious and presented in a very appealing way. You could definitely tell everything was cooked to order. The salsa tasted extremely fresh. The chicken and meat tacos were seasoned perfectly and cooked to perfection. The queso was my absolute favorite, it was heated in a way that it was melted long enough for everyone to enjoy. The chorizo on top added a great flavor as well. This was definitely a fun and enjoyable dining experience, I would definitely return and recommend.
