Upon pulling up to La Villetta, you will find plenty of front parking. The outside of La Villetta does not nearly advertise the inside of this little treasure very well. Entering La Villetta, you will find a friendly hostess to seat you immediately. Seated and with menu in hand, a waiter will come over and pour some water, explain the evening's special, and review the lengthy wine list. Breads and crostini soon came with accompanying bruschetta...delicious. We ordered a lovely bottle of Chianti and admired the elegant paintings and decor, which was classy but not over the top. Our server Sante was so attentive and made sure that my six year old son was happy, bringing him more bread and specializing a plate of pasta for him. The Portobello Mushroom appetizer was delicious and perfectly cooked, however, small in size. The Pollo alla Villetta was perfectly cooked, juicy, and the light tomato sauce blended so well with the fresh mozzarella, eggplant, prosciutto, and grilled chicken...the serving was huge, so part of the dish was wrapped up to go. Finally dessert...a chocolate lover’s dreams...a Flourless Chocolate Cake...decadent and mouthwateringly spectacular. Buonissimo! Overall, even if La Villetta's prices are a bit high, you won't be soon disappointed by their level of service and quality of food. Bravo!

We arrived at 6:00p.m and although our reservation wasn’t found via the computer we were seated and greeted. We conveniently self-parked in the attached parking area to the restaurant. The waiters were all cordial, knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and patient with explaining menu items and ingredients to me for clarity.
Bread, butter and bruschetta on toast was delivered before my husband and I ordered. We ordered a shrimp cocktail for an appetizer. The shrimp cocktail was served with two sauces. The better sauce was the traditional cocktail sauce which was an in-house creation. The balsamic vinaigrette was very flavorful, but not the offensive bang of vinegar on the first bite. My main course was Petto Di Pollo Suprema (stuff chicken-breaded chicken breast, stuffed with prosciutto, spinach and fontina cheese served over a light brown porcini mushroom sauce with arugula) and it tasted good. The location is good, portions are good; atmosphere, décor, was nice. Prices were medium/high.
This is a restaurant that I would visit again in the future.

There is plenty of available parking in a well-lit parking lot. The restaurant is located on the corner of a strip mall. It was dark upon our arrival so I never got a chance to evaluate the surrounding area.
Upon our arrival, the staff was very extremely welcoming and friendly. The barmaid remembered talking to me on the phone when I made the reservation, which I thought was a nice gesture. The room didn’t look huge and felt at once inviting. It wasn’t crowded or overly noisy, which I liked. The warm lighting set a nice tone for the evening. The maitre d was flexible and changed our reservation, allowing us to sit in a booth, which was lovely. Water and warm bread were immediately placed on the table. Upon receipt of menu, we were spoiled with the choice of food options and intimidated by the extensive wine list, however Michael was very accommodating with our questions. Rather than each ordering our own meal, we opted instead to sample a variety of options and share each of them. Again, our waiter was accommodating with this request which I also liked.
The wait for the first course was not bad at all. Michael offered to split the order between us, but we opted to keep the food on the plate availing a relaxed start to the dining experience. The second course, the pasta they split into two separate bowls and the serving size was more than enough. I asked Michael if this was in fact two orders, such was the size of the portion in each bowl. He smiled and said that it was one order split.
A salad followed the Pasta, which was very light. The basis of the salad was a mix of fresh leafy, vegetables, tomatoes and a nice vinegary dressing (I love vinegar). I was worried that it might have been too much with an entrée still to come but it sat very nicely.
The main meal, the Veal, was split into two separate plates by Michael at the table side and like the pasta, provided more than enough food. The flavoring of the dinner was superb and the potatoes were just lovely.
