The parking can be challenging because there is only street parking and a parking garage that is about two blocks away. The restaurant has a very nice, festive New York vibe with urban music playing. There is a small full bar and both the inside and outside seating area are fun. The waitress was very good and helpful, particularly with the menu that is a bit difficult to understand for those of us who don’t know Italian cuisine terms. They had some gluten free options and all the dishes we ordered were very good. A++ to the bread pudding dessert! The price was about average for a restaurant of that category. The portions were mostly good, but one of the pasta dishes (beet Mezzaluna was small). However, the beet Mezzaluna was delicious, as were all the dishes. They also sell wines on menu to go at retail prices if you want to. I would certainly recommend this restaurant and go back again, and suggest reservations and time enough prior to find parking.

This is one of the finest Italian restaurants in the state, helmed by a James Beard nominated chef who makes some of the best pasta dishes around, along with a killer veal parm, accompanied by an adventurous all Italian wine list. The place is always buzzing and the veteran front of the house staff will make sure your evening is perfection. It is a family business that always makes you feel welcome. The menu is not overwhelming, but has something for everyone. And each dish is handcrafted with high quality ingredients. Reservations are strongly suggested.

Parking on the beach is never easy, but we got lucky and were able to park without any problem. The hostess was very pleasent, and the bartender was very accommodating. Great music, great ambience, very intimate and cozy setting. It was a very reasonable price for a 5 course tasting menu. The Branzino was the star!
