The Bistro is a European restaurant in style and décor and the food was scrumptious! The welcome and departure greeting was in a welcome fashion, warm and inviting. We enjoyed the “flown in from Europe” Dover sole, as it is an unusual offering and it was worth the $42.00. Parking is single and the restaurant is accessible from US 1. It has a lovely patio, the dining room is more formal with a lounge/bar area and high tops which is more casual (which is where we sat). Our entire experience was delightful and the ambience was great.

We drove into the parking lot and parked close to the entrance, as I was familiar with the shopping plaza having patronized the other two dining establishments. When we walked in to the restaurant we were immediately greeted at the door and taken to a beautiful booth in the dining room. The ambience was comfortable, inviting and had a French brasserie vibe. We were the only table in the dining room that evening as we were dining late. It was intimate but in no way awkward. The waiter immediately came over poured the water personally and asked us if we wanted drinks. We chose the Cline Pinot Noir. The wine list was nice and reasonably priced. Our appetizers came out quickly and were fresh. My soft shell crab was steaming. My dinner guests enjoyed theirs as well. As the wine flowed our entrees came out. I asked the waiter how to pronounce my dish Veal Escalope. He said it was a scaloppini. Well I must say it was one of the best I had ever tasted loved the added artichokes. My guest got the Salmon and lobster ravioli which I had bites of, and found them to be delicious. The portions were huge and the service continued to have this laid back attentiveness which I love. It was time for dessert so we ordered the soufflé and the key lime pie. The soufflé had the most amazing texture custardy and soft with a little crunch on the outside. The key lime pie was good but I wouldn’t order it again. When I said check please and read the bill I was pleasantly surprised. The Bistro has a great value. Three people three courses and a bottle of wine for 200 dollars is better than most establishments with a similar profile, not to mention the food was delicious. In summary, everything was top notch. I will be back and recommending highly. As our waiter said…dance as if nobody is watching. The dining experience was like that when every move is perfectly choreographed without an heir of pretention.

When I arrived to Le Bistro, we had to walk to the side of the building to enter. Upon entering, a gentleman was very nice and inviting. I made a reservation because I also brought my daughter and my friend, they immediately sat us down. They brought warm bread with pate butter and oil and seasonings. The bathroom was very big and really clean. Food presentation was very big and really clean. Food presentation was very nice and the tableware was modern. The owner and waiter both came over to make sure that we were alright. The only thing that could have been done better is the waiter should have told us when we ordered our food that the soufflé’s take 20 minutes to make, we ordered it after we are but we had to wait 20 minutes for it to arrive at the table. Overall, it was very good.
